SEASON OF LENT
Season of Lent will begin on Wednesday February 17, 2026.
The Lent devotional (Lent for Everyone: Luke, Year C by NT Wright) and the guide is available on the website to help the 40 days of Lent be a deep-spirited and meaningful journey for the EIKON church community.
There will also be a time of community prayer on Mondays at 6AM where we will assign the time of the day to pray together in our own homes. Here is the prayer schedule:
Feb 23 – WISDOM (Luke 2:22-32)
Mar 2 – LISTEN (Luke 7:11-17)
Mar 9 – EXCUSES (Luke 9:57-62)
Mar 16 – PATIENCE (Luke 12:35-40)
Mar 23 – COMPASSION (Luke 17:11-19)
Mar 30 – WEAKNESS (Luke 22:54-65)
EASTER BAPTISM 2026
To end the Easter season with a big celebration, we will be opening the opportunity for people to be baptized (full immersion water baptism). Anyone over the age of 12 will be eligible to sign up. Click here for the sign-up form.

WHY WE EXIST
Jesus is the perfect image (eikon) of the invisible God.
Jesus is also the perfect image (eikon) of what it means to be human and to be in perfect relationship with the Father.
We as the church are called to fulfill our identity as those made in the image (eikon) of God.
Because of Jesus, the perfect eikon and human, this identity is being redeemed
and fulfilled in the midst of many broken eikons.
The fulfillment of this identity is the outworking of God’s salvation into every area of creation.
